Grievances

According to the directives outlined by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), specifically in reference to the AICTE (Establishment of Mechanism for Grievance Redressal) Regulations of 2012, the Governing Body (GB) of DC School of Architecture and Design (DCSAAD) has established a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). The members of the committee are as follows,

This committee’s primary aim is to address and resolve any grievances raised by students, Teaching and Non-teaching Staff, as per the guidelines provided. To ensure effective grievance resolution, the GRC operates with both online and offline teams, allowing students to register their grievances either through an online web portal or by directly contacting committee members.
Role and Function of Grievance Redressal Committee:
- The Grievance cell is designed to handle the resolution of concerns raised by students, as well as teaching and non-teaching faculty. Its primary aim is to address these issues in a friendly and amicable environment.
- To guide impartial and attentive listening during grievances, manage the complaints following standard arbitration procedures, and deliver timely justice.
- To diligently promote harmony within the institute.
- To identify the origins of grievances and proactively address them to prevent recurrence.
- To operate in a democratic and confidential manner.
- The grievance from the students, faculty, and Non-teaching faculty was collected through the Google forms provided on the college webpage and a copy of the complaint form will be sent to the complainant(s).
